Look closely

What does this look like to you? I could probably come up with 5 different answers on my own. We all see things differently, depending on our experiences. That makes for a broad spectrum of human interaction, and that can be good or bad...or somewhere in between. That too depends on your perspective.

It's fascinating to me how much my experiences can skew my view on the here and now. Sometimes it's downright disturbing. It's even more interesting when I recognize it as it's happening. That's been my experience over the past year or so. I guess that's a sign of growth? It can also be maddening to see yourself going down a path you shouldn't be going down, wanting to stop it, but feeling powerless to do so.

It's a process...and a learning curve.
